Thank you for visiting our website. This Privacy Policy is for explaining to the visitors of our website when and how we collect your personal data (Note: we cannot collect personal data from you if you are under 14 years of age) and how we handle it. We are committed to be as clear and transparent as possible to you about handling your personal data. We will never sell or give your personal data to others for marketing purposes. We endeavor to handle your personal data carefully: for example my account on the PC and my mobile phone are protected by password, any paper documents with personal data on are in the lockable cabinet and will be shredded before being discarded once they are not necessary to keep. We check regularly our routine how we can keep your data as safe as possible.
When and how we collect your data
1. When you send message to us through the form on our ‘Contact’ page or using our email address, we will collect your information such as your name and email address. We will use your data only for satisfying the reason why you send the message to us and will not use it for any other purposes.
2. We don’t have ecommerce function/online shop on our website but through email, phone call or face-to-face conversation, we may receive orders from customers. In these cases I may collect your personal data for processing the purchase of goods or for providing services. The data could be your name, your email address, phone number and postal address, so that we send items to you. We will use the data only for processing the purchase or for providing services and we will not use your personal data for any other purposes. For the transaction other than cash, the third parties will be involved and it could be banks (for payment through BACS), Paypal (online payment system), iZettle (my card machine). Please refer to “How we share your data with the third parties” in this policy.
3. If you subscribe our newsletter from our website, we will keep your email address for the purpose of sending newsletters and notifications. We will not use it for any other purposes.
4. Our website uses cookies built by Wix (https://wix.com) . Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor’s browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site. These below are cookies that Wix implements on all the websites they built including ours.

How we retain and delete your data
We always collect minimum data for fulfilling the purpose and we endeavor to protect your data securely.
1. We only send our newsletters and notifications to subscribers if you consent on our website. If you would like to unsubscribe our Newsletter, you could do any time by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of Newsletter.
2. When we receive your data for a transaction, we are required by law to keep your data for up to 7 years. After this time we will erase the data securely.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
